What's on your mind?

A task, a question, a find, a doubt — type it the way it comes to you…
Strategic Thought.

Wilderkin Grow Coats grow with kids, saving parents money on replacements so they can spend more on making memories together.

AudienceParents of kids 4–10 in cold-weather markets, making the last big purchases of the season.
InsightKids outgrow a coat every winter. Parents feel it in their budget, and in the family moments they put off.
ApproachLead with long-term value, not discounts: one coat, several winters, more saved for what matters.
PrioritiesRetarget holiday shoppers, pair the Grow Coat with a savings incentive, and concentrate spend in the final six weeks of Q4.

Would you like to move forward and create a brief, or make any adjustments to the Strategic Thought first?

About The Art of Good

Born in crisis.Built for good.

We started in 2020, when the world stopped and small businesses were left on their own. What we learned there now powers how we help medium and large brands do more with their marketing.

Our story 01 2020
01 · 2020

The industry paused.

When COVID-19 shut the world down, advertising went quiet overnight. Budgets froze, and the small businesses that hold communities together, from restaurants and makers to family shops, were left fighting to survive with no marketing support and no playbook.

02 · Pro bono

We stepped in.

Our founders had spent decades building work for some of the world's most recognized brands. We put that experience where it was needed most, for free, building a network of 400+ volunteer strategists, designers, writers and producers to support 50+ small businesses through an intensely uncertain moment.

03 · The lesson

We learned what really moves the needle.

With no budget to hide behind, every idea had to earn its place. Global brands had taught us rigor, consistency and scale. Small businesses taught us urgency, focus, and how to make every dollar do real work.

04 · Today

We put it to work for growing brands.

Today we bring that combination to medium and large brands: senior, big-brand thinking without big-agency overhead. Lean teams, AI-enhanced production and SignalReady make high-caliber marketing more affordable, so more of your budget goes into the work itself.

Two worlds.
One formula.

Big brands taught us how to build. Small businesses taught us how to make it count.
Together, they gave us a rare, first-hand view of what marketing faces today:
tighter budgets, more pressure for results, and no room for work that doesn't earn its place.

Global brandsRigor, consistency and scale. How to build a brand that holds across markets, teams and years.
Small businessesUrgency and resourcefulness. Every dollar has a job, and every idea has to work now.

Lean-brand agility.
Big-brand experience.
Sharpened by reality.

10AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers an AI-powered chat assistant that answers questions about The Art of Good and our services. When you use the assistant:

  • We collect the messages you send and any information you choose to share, such as your name, company, or email address, along with technical data such as timestamps.
  • We save chat conversations to respond to you, follow up about our services if you ask us to, and improve the assistant. You can ask us to delete your chat data at any time.
  • Your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Conversations are stored using cloud infrastructure, which may include servers located in the United States.
  • The assistant is an automated tool, not a human. For anything detailed or sensitive, you can ask to speak with a member of our team.
  • Please do not share confidential or sensitive information through the assistant. You may request access to or deletion of your chat data at any time using the contact details below.
  • We retain chat records only for as long as necessary for these purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them.

11SignalReady

SignalReady is the brand platform we provide to subscribing clients at signal.theartofgood.ad. If you use SignalReady, this section applies in addition to the sections above. The SignalReady Terms of Service and any agreement your business has signed with us also apply, and where they differ from this policy, they take precedence.

What we collect. Account details for each person with a seat: name and email address, and title and phone number if provided. The materials your business gives us, the Signal we build from them, and the chats, files and outputs your team creates in SignalReady. Usage records, such as when people sign in and how much work the platform does for the account. When someone agrees to the terms, a record of that agreement, including the time, IP address and browser.

Signing in. You sign in with your Google account or with a one-time link or code sent to your email. We receive your name and email address from Google. There are no passwords, so we never see or store one.

Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive billing contact details and the status of payments. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Stakeholder interviews. If your business invites people to take part in a SignalReady interview, we collect their answers and the details they give about themselves, such as their name and role. Spoken answers are turned into text by the respondent's browser; we keep the text, not audio recordings. Answers are used to build the brand's Signal and are not shown to the client with names attached. Respondents' names and details, and the answers tied to them, stay confidential within SignalReady and are never shared with partners, including agencies or consultants who hold seats on the account, or with anyone other than the service providers that run SignalReady.

How we use it. Only to provide, support, secure and bill for SignalReady, and to send the service emails described in the terms, such as sign-in links and codes, invitations, usage and billing. We may use anonymous, aggregated usage figures, never your content, to improve SignalReady. We do not sell it.

AI processing. Content is sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, it is not used to train their models. If your business connects its own Runway account, the prompts and images sent to Runway are also handled under Runway's terms, which you have agreed to in your contract with Runway.

Who can see it. Each person's chats are private to them. Your Library and Signal are shared across your account. TAOG staff can open your workspace to support you, and each time they do, it is recorded.

Service providers. SignalReady runs on Google Cloud (hosting and storage, in the United States), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments) and Loops (service email).

Retention and deletion. After a plan ends, the account is read-only for 30 days so you can export your work. We then keep it for a further 12 months in case you return, after which we delete it. When a seat is removed, that person's private chats are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at contact@theartofgood.ad.
